Extraordinary General Meeting: Free money. Stonks
All the shorts have to cover when the company calls an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). Usually this happens within months of announcing the EGM. So earnings and other news does not dump the stock price. This is when you buy calls. (STONKS.) I put a google alert for all the EGMs. I will let you know which ones I participate in. Don't believe me? All the companies that I have looked at surged in stock price days following the EGM announcement. The shorts HAVE TO COVER. Just make sure the short interest is high enough that exits are crowded, ok b0ss?
