What does it mean when a company buys at a lower price than the market value based on openinsider? Im noticing people of interest buying thier companies stock at a much lower rate on openinsider. Is there a way to capitalize on this?
yeah usually stonk price goes up after insider buys, but timeline can take up to 18 months and often times stock price goes down before going up.
